ILLNESS, ACCIDENT, DEATH?

Have you made arrangements for your dogs should anything happen to you?

To apply for an Emergency Alert Card, please contact Brian Jones.  You will be asked to complete a form which requires details of the person(s) whom you wish to take care of your dogs/pets, together with the names and breed of your animals.  If you wish, you may entrust your Flatcoated Retrievers to the Rescue, Rehousing and Welfare Scheme and we would also be willing to make arrangements for your other animals (if applicable).  You do not have to be a member of the Flatcoated Retriever Society to benefit from this service.

Once the completed form has been returned, Brian will forward your laminated Emergency Alert Card (in two sizes - credit card and a larger one) to you as soon as possible.  There is no set charge, but a donation would be appreciated and cheques should be made payable to the FCRS Rescue, Rehousing & Welfare Scheme.
